HISTORICAL INTEREST OF MY WORK

  1. Matter is not infinitely divisible, as already stated by Democritus in 450 BC, in the sense that it is composed of particles that are without "parts".

  2. The amount of energy radiating is not infinitely divisible, as assumed by Plank in 1901 AD, in the sense that it is composed of quanta of energy that are without "parts".

  3. The historical interest of my work is to show how the existence of the motion and the speed limit of light implied that space and time are not infinitely divisible, in the sense that they are composed of positions and moments that are without "parts".
